Forum des jeunes de la fonction publique: créativité
Le 26 mai, j'ai donné un atelier au Forum des jeunes de la fonction publique. Ce colloque regroupait donc des gens de moins de 35 ans. On me repérait facilement comme étant conférencier... par mes cheveux poivre et sel, et sel.. Une journée très intéressante par l'enthousiasme et l'énergie de toutes ces personnes.
Mon atelier/conférence s'intitulait Être créatif au-delà des mots : outils et processus. J'annonçais les points suivants:
- Reconnaître les caractéristiques des outils créatifs
- Combiner outils et processus pour qu’une idée devienne réalité
- Identifier sept outils créatifs
- Définir votre plan d’action créatif
C'est à peu près ce que j'ai fait, mais sept outils c'était vraiment trop ambitieux. J'ai finalement surtout abordé les cartes heuristiques (surpris?) et les six chapeaux de De Bono. Je voulais, d'une part, qu'on voie la créativité comme étant plus que l'étape de la génération d'idées. D'autre part, je voulais sensibiliser au fait que la collaboration est la pierre angulaire du processus d'innovation et que pour créer la véritable collaboration, ça nécessite l'utilisation d'outils particuliers.
Pour respecter le souhait des participants et organisateurs, on trouvera ici ma présentation PowerPoint. Beaucoup d'images et peu de texte. Je ne suis donc pas convaincu que ce sera très utile, mais... On y trouve l'image de quelques livres de référence de première qualité comme Simplex et Wisdom of Crowds; aussi quelques schémas intéressants sur la méthode créative avec toutes ses étapes.
En utilisant la fonction recherche de ce site avec les mots "heuristique", "Buzan" ou "Bono" ou "Gelder", ça devrait vous conduire à quelques billets pertinents.
